RETURNS & REFUNDS

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused or unworn, in its original packaging with tags. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We gladly accept returns by mail. Merchandise is eligible for return within 30 days of delivery and must be in original condition, in packaging, unworn, unwashed, with all tags and labels attached. Please note, we do not accept exchanges — please return your item for a refund and place a new order for your desired item.

How to start a return

  1. Enclose the packing slip with your purchase and clearly mark the reason for your return.
  2. If you can’t find your packing slip, include a note with your full name, order number, email address, and item details.
  3. Securely package your item(s), using the original packaging if possible.
  4. Select a carrier (e.g. Royal Mail, FedEx, UPS) that provides a tracking number and pay all shipping fees.
  5. Ship to the following address:

Damage & issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right. If your return is the result of an error on our part, please email us with images of the defect and we will provide a full refund including postage costs.

Exceptions & non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalised items)
  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions about a specific item before you purchase it.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you if the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Returns submitted by mail will typically be processed within two weeks of delivery to the warehouse. Refunds are issued in the form of payment originally used when your order was placed. Once issued, the refund will generally appear on your billing statement within 7–10 business days.
